Senior Pastors Nick & Frannie Scaglione have been married for over 37 years. It is their joy to serve members of the church, their families, and their friends. Pastor Nick, utilizing his vast experience as an accomplished corporate leader in Sales and Marketing, and Pastor Frannie, drawing on her background as a business owner and loving mother, have built a strong and balanced foundation for LTM to grow and flourish.

They founded LTM after God spoke to Pastor Nick while he was studying for a Divinity degree at Greg Powe Ministries Institute in Tampa, Florida. The two of them served the ministry for over 20 years and still serve today. Along with supporting the couple’s four children and five grandchildren, the two have answered The Call to transform 1 billion lives; one encounter at a time.

When they are not working or serving in the ministry, they enjoy traveling the world and spending quiet time together reflecting on the future of Life Transforming Ministries. They live by the simple phrase: Enjoy Life!
